So, we have a favourite little spot for a coffee and cake in Hobart, this all started when a customer of our old coffee shop introduced us to their book well before we left Queensland. It was one of the first places we visited once here and we’ve been back several times. The couple who own and operate this wonderful little business do a wonderfully personal job of providing for their customers. On occasion, they do something a little different from their usual cakes, biscuits and slices.
Tonight we enjoyed the hospitality at their “Backdoor Fanny’s” burger night…..and what a burger. It wasn’t full of an uncountable numbers of ingredients, rather it had a very select 3 and boy they were good. To accompany it was a delicious Mulberry and Ginger Fiz, home made soft drink. Laura also managed to squeeze a serve of sundae. It certainly pays to follow these guys on Facebook and instagram to know when they are doing these nights.
